Lots of times people assume a trauma includes major life threatening events like a car accident, an assault, rape, etc. Though those incidents are indeed traumatic, traumas can include events like a divorce, loss of a job, an unwanted move, loss of a home, financial hardships, being bullied, racism, and so much more. Emotional and psychological trauma can not only result in devastation in an individual’s daily life, but when left untreated it can result in mental health disorders, such as major depressive disorder, PTSD, and anxiety disorders. I am certified as a Trauma Therapist and trained in Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Imaginal Therapy and can help you in your healing journey.

Join me in discovering your triggers to your anxiety and how to best manage them.
